This Chrome extension (“the Extension”) enhances Rightmove property listings by displaying commute time information based on a destination entered by the user.

Information Collected

The Extension collects the following limited information:

• Destination address entered by the user to calculate commute times
• Rightmove listing content (e.g. property addresses) to display commute overlays
• Approximate location via IP address or map data (used by external APIs for commute estimates)

No personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or login credentials) is collected, stored, or shared by the Extension.

Third-Party Services

This Extension uses the following third-party services:

• Google Maps API – to calculate commute times based on user input
• Firebase – to store license keys and manage anonymous usage data
• Stripe – to handle secure payment and subscription processing (on their external checkout pages)

Data Storage

User preferences (e.g. destination address) are stored locally in the browser using Chrome’s storage API. No personal data is transmitted to our servers from the extension itself.

Data Sharing

No user data is sold or shared with third parties. Any data sent to our backend is only used to deliver the functionality of the extension.

User Control

You can uninstall the extension at any time. Stored preferences will be removed when you clear your browser data or remove the extension.

This policy may be updated as the Extension evolves. Any updates will be published on this page.
